ISTANBUL, Jan 19 (Reuters) - Southbound tanker traffic on the Turkish Bosphorus Strait was reopened on Tuesday, shipping agent GAC said, after poor weather conditions closed the crucial shipping waterway and caused a dry cargo ship to run aground and split in half."
