Jan. 15 (Bloomberg) -- The city of Istanbul received bids from Bank of America Corp.’s Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse Group AG among others to handle an initial public offering or a stake sale in its main natural-gas distribution company, according to three people familiar with the plan."
