Yerevan – APA. “Turkey will not reopen the borders with Armenia or ratify the bilateral protocols unless Nagorno Karabakh conflict is solved,” ex-president of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan said, APA reports quoting Novosti-Armenia."
