ISTANBUL, Sept 25 (Reuters) - Shares in Turkey's Dogan Holding fell 8.6 percent on Friday after the tax office said companies within its Dogan Yayin media group had been asked to put up a 4.8 billion lira ($3.24 billion) guarantee on fines."
