The assistant of Turkish PM and state minister Ali Babacan is attending “Developing markets 2009” summit organized by “Economist” magazine, Turkish media reports.
Babacan said in his speech that Turkey holds negotiations with International Monetary Fund to sign new contract. Even if they fail it, it’s not tragic for Ankara."
