HP has called on the boss of its Personal Systems Group (PSG) in Turkey as the man to replace outgoing Middle East chief Anil Gandhi. Serdar Urcar will be responsible for the regional management of the vendor’s PSG business, which encompasses both consumer and business product lines such as desktop PCs, notebooks and handheld devices."
