"PACE president: EU should keep promises to Turkey

Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) President Rene van der Linden stated that the European Union should keep its promises given to Turkey on Tuesday.
Linden also warned that if the EU fails to do so this might lead to heavy consequences for the region. Calling on all EU member states to support EU enlargement process, the PACE president said, 'We don't want division and new European borders.'"
