"Turkey's growing Cyprus disappointment

The Turkish government has turned down a request by the United Nation's Cyprus special representative Michael Moller to visit Ankara and asked UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan to appoint a new Cyprus envoy, diplomatic sources said on Wednesday.
Turkish sources blamed Moller for the unsuccessful outcome of the UN secretary-general's meeting with Greek Cypriot leader Tassos Papadopoulos on Feb 28."
