Iran on Wednesday dismissed any plan to engage in a joint venture with Turkey on uranium enrichment in Turkish territory.
�All countries can participate in nuclear activities on Iranian soil, but it is out of the question for us to engage in a joint nuclear venture with any country other than Russia in that country's territory,� said Hamid Reza Asefi, spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry."
