In an age where once-exotic ethnic food seems less and less exotic, it's still possible for new experiences to grab the attention of Delaware diners.
More and more, Turkish food is becoming one of those cuisines.
Despite a minuscule Turkish-American population -- 295 in the last Census -- Turkish-accented restaurants are slowly catching on with Delaware's non-Turkish customers, owners say -- despite some out-of-the-way locations."
