We are face-to-face with a very bizarre situation. State Minister for Women and Family Affairs Nimet Çubukçu has allowed almost all of the women’s groups in the country to take a stance against her. Just before she became minister, she had filed complaints against women’s groups that criticized her opposition to affirmative action and special quotas for women. "
