"Turkish Gov't Condemns Priest Murder

Turkey's Justice Minister and Government Spokesman, Cemil Cicek, said 'the government condemns this murder committed at a religious sanctuary and against a man of religion, Andreas Santaro. It is impossible for the government and the Turkish public to approve of murder and violence.'
Expressing his anxiety over the incident, Cicek said, 'Our government is making every possible effort to shed light on this crime.'"
