The second issue of The Journal of Turkish Literature, an annual publication of the Bilkent University Center for Turkish Literature, was released under the general editorship of Professor Talat Halman, founding chairman of the Bilkent University Department of Turkish Literature and director of the Center for Turkish Literature."
