In accordance with the Decree signed by President Saparmurat Niyazov, Turkish “Polimeks Insaat Taahut we Sanai Tijaret A.S.”, a well-known company in Turkmenistan, will design and construct a trade center with landscaping of the adjoining territory at the total value of US$ 16.2 million (VAT including).
As the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru reports, the new trade center will be commissioned in February 2007. According to the Decree, the customers, Ministry of Trade and Consumers’ Cooperation and Central Bank of Turkmenistan, will finance the project at their own expense in equal shares (50% from each side). "
