Paris (CNSNews.com) - Turkish and European foreign ministers Tuesday celebrated the decision to begin talks on Turkey's admission to the European Union, but the road ahead is long and riddled with potholes - including opinion polls showing skepticism on both sides.
The breakthrough came after a crisis weekend meeting of E.U. foreign ministers extended to Monday evening after disagreements on the negotiating framework that would be used for the talks."
