Turkish exporters are to benefit as China has filled its European Union (EU) quota for sweatshirts and blouses. Istanbul Ready-to-Wear and Ready-Made Exporters Union President Suleyman Orakcioglu announced that China will not be able to sell sweatshirts and blouses to EU countries until the end of 2005."
