Market Report: Genel poised to land Kurdish gamble with Turkey gas deal
ISIS is still perilously close, but for the chancers who took a gamble on the Kurdish oil industry it looks like their bet may be coming good.
Genel Energy, run by former BP chief executive Tony Hayward, has been heavily tipped to reveal this week that a landmark gas supply deal with Turkey, possibly in conjunction with its trading update next Thursday.
