Government’s newly introduced plan to restrict daily life in İstanbul
The second item in an extensive transformation plan introduced by Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu on Thursday drew the ire of İstanbulites, as it includes radical measurements to ease traffic congestion and fuel consumption in İstanbul, such as removal of the school transport services and imposition of entry fees for some of the popular spots in the city .
