Former CHP deputy Tarhan establishes new party
Emine Ülker Tarhan, who resigned from the main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) in late October, has formed a new political party called the Anatolia Party.
Tarhan filed her application for the establishment of the party with the Interior Ministry on Friday. The party's logo features a picture of a sunflower.
