Sofia. The European Commission officially acknowledged that Bulgaria, Greece and Cyprus have an extraordinary situation in terms of refugees, which is an important step for financial aid for the country. That is what Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Tsvetlin Yovchev said in an interview for Radio FOCUS .
