Preserving Istanbul’s common historical past
ISTANBUL
Preserving the common past of Turkey and Italy in Istanbul is as important as economic cooperation, according to Italian envoy Gianpaolo Scarante. Scarante briefed press members yesterday about “Orizzonti Italiani” (Italian Horizons), a series of cultural and economic activities scheduled to take place throughout the year.
