Women’s 1500M Relay Results: Turkey Wins Gold and Silver at Olympics 2012 Track and Field

Turkeys two star athletes won the gold and silver medals at the women's 1,500-meter relay finals on Aug. 10.
Asli Cakir Alptekin came in first with a mark of 4:10.23 seconds and Gamze Bulut won the silver with 4:10.23. Third was Bahrain's Maryam Yusuf Jamal, in with 4:10.74.
