Turkish minister plays down Syria link to Turkey attacks

(Reuters) - Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has played down possible Syrian links to a recent rise in guerrilla attacks in Turkey, saying unrest across the border was not the cause of Turkey's problems.
