Marti Istanbul Hotel Opens
The luxury hotel opens in Taksim with a Michelin-starred chef

The Marti Istanbul Hotel, which opened its doors July 15 but officially opens in September has appointed Chef Frédéric Médigue as consultant and executive chef for the 270-room hotels two restaurants and bars.
