And in the case of Süreyya Ciliv, the chief executive officer of Turkcell TKC +1.00% , a wireless mobile operator with a subscriber base of more than 65 million, the son, Ciliv’s predominantly U.S.-raised 16-year-old, does illustrate something about the father.
