Istanbul to get third bridge

There will, after all, be a third bridge over the Bosphorus. Turkey’s transport ministry said on Tuesday a contract for the $2.5bn project had been won by a consortium formed by Ictas Insaat Sanayi Ticaret of Turkey and Astaldi of Italy, which promised to build the bridge more quickly than other bidders.
