Turkey and EU to initiate "Positive Agenda" process

(ANSAmed) - ANKARA, MAY 16 - Turkey's EU minister and EU's top enlargement official will get together in Ankara this Thursday to officially open the "Positive Agenda" process between Turkey and the union, in an effort to add momentum to stalled accesion talks.
