Is Turkish investment in Africa's education realistic?

AFRICA is a continent which has over years been subjected to massive torments throughout centuries, both underground and above resources was looted, and her civilisation, wisdom, and knowledge has greatly been attacked by the Western powers.
It is a borrowed statement from the Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey Bulent Arinc in his recent remarks at the Turkey-Africa Media forum recently.
