ISTANBUL (MarketWatch) -- Turkey's finance minister this weekend urged Europe's policymakers to stem contagion risks from the spiraling debt crisis, but dismissed market concerns over a spike in Turkish prices, suggesting Ankara remains more concerned about threats to growth than inflation.
