Turkish Pharma and Health Ministry defend clinical trials record

The Turkish Ministry of Health and the country’s Association of Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies (AiFD) have both strongly defended the regulation of clinical trials, following an article in the UK’s The Independent, and picked up by the local media, suggesting that hundreds of people had died as a result of taking part in such studies.
