Lira Weakens on U.S. Budget Impasse, Central Bank Dollar Sale

Nov. 21 (Bloomberg) -- The lira depreciated a sixth day to its weakest level in a month as a U.S. budget impasse curbed appetite for riskier assets and the central bank’s $140 million offer to banks for liras failed to stem the currency’s depreciation.
