Diplomatic incident with Cypriot MEP in Turkey

Cypriot MEP Eleni Theocharous has pulled out of a meeting of the European Parliament Committee on the Environment being held in Ankara, protesting against the fact that her conference badge referred to her as representative of the ''Greek Cypriot administration of the south'' and not of the Republic of Cyprus.
