LONDON — In South Korea, the authorities speak of subjecting top players to lie detectors to prevent match fixing. In Istanbul, the soccer bosses themselves are being thrown into jail. And in Zurich, FIFA is throwing money at Interpol, hoping that the international police organization can arrest the perception that the sport is endemically corrupt. "
