If Turkey decides to re-open the border and establish relations with Armenia in 2015, it will not face as grave danger as it might face now.
At his meeting with journalists July 25, Richard Giragosian, Director of the Regional Studies Center (RSC), voiced the opinion that Turkey has extended the term for itself. That is, it will wait until 2015, said Giragosian, Tert.am reported."
