So, Turkey’s just entered an election year, which traditionally means political uncertainty and heightened investor nerves. Plus the country’s awash with hot money, which economists fear leaves its fast-growing but imbalanced economy exposed to a hard landing. Oh and in case we’d forgotten, the ruling AK party is believed to be regearing its policy away from Washington and Brussels in favor of a more Islamist agenda."
