The foundation agreement of 'Northern Cyprus Airlines' in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) will be signed on Tuesday.
The new airlines company will be established after Turkish Cypriot Airlines (KTHY) declared bankruptcy in September, 2010. "
