"Turkey to Start Sale of Roads, Bridges in January

Turkey plans to invite bids to operate major highways and bridges in January, said Ahmet Aksu, head of the state asset-sales agency.
Companies will be offered management rights for 25 years, Aksu said in an interview at the parliament in Ankara today. The government will also invite bids to develop the Galataport cruise harbor in central Istanbul in the first quarter, Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek told a budget commission in the assembly."
