Abdullah Ocalan, the imprisoned head of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, or PKK, rebuked the mayor of Turkey’s largest Kurdish-majority city for saying the Kurds’ armed struggle was over in Turkey, Taraf newspaper reported."
