Turkish Airlines has launched a Flying Chef service on flights between Hong Kong and Istanbul.
Introduced by Turkish DO & CO, Turkish Airlines’ catering company, chefs will present the inflight menu to business and first class passengers, and share with them the inspirations behind the types of cuisine served and ingredients used in each course."
