ISTANBUL, Oct 27, 2010 (Asia In Focus via COMTEX) --
FORD OTOSAN, a motor vehicle maker in Turkey, has signed a 150-million euro (US$208 million) deal with NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE, SOCIETE GENERALE, HSBC and STATE BANK OF INDIA to finance a US$630 million investment in manufacturing a new generation of Ford Transit commercial vehicles. National Bank of Greece, Societe Generale, HSBC and State Bank of India joined the syndication led by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)."
