ISTANBUL Oct 1 (Reuters) - Turkish banks will be allowed to issue Turkish-lira denominated corporate bonds, Turkey's banking regulator (BDDK) said on Friday, in a move helping banks secure longer maturity funding, allowing them to develop long-term loans such as mortgages."
