"Talks on Turkey’s EU accession has broken off
Negotiations on Turkey’s joining the European Union has almost broken off, State Minister and Turkish chief negotiator on EU accession Egemen Bagis informed.
“The talks were broken down in consequence of political intrigues which no one ACC-country has ever faced with. It is an unfair approach and the country’s opinion is growing against the European Union membership” - he said.
The talks began 5 years ago and still haven’t been reaching a settlement."
