With three months to go until Istanbul says goodbye to the title of European Capital of Culture, the projects of the last nine months and the ongoing events are evaluated at a press conference. Capital of culture agency director Şekip Avdagiç says the ongoing projects will be finished by the end of the year and the agency will be liquidated in the first six months of 2011"
