"Moody's raises credit rating for 'robust' Turkey

ANKARA — Ratings agency Moody's praised the Turkish economy on Tuesday, raising the standing of Turkish debt from stable to positive.
The economy was unexpectedly 'robust' and Turkey had got back to where it had been before the global economic downturn struck, Moody's vice president Sarah Carlson said in a statement."
