"Turkic world cinema days in Istanbul
The 4th Turkic World Cinema Days kicked off Monday in Istanbul with a variety of films from Turkey and other regions throughout Asia that speak a Turkic language.
The event, which will continue through Feb. 18, will screen movies that have won numerous awards from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, the Xinjiang-Uyghur Autonomous Region, Bashkortostan and Tatarstan."
