Turkey, known for being a secular Muslim country, (shown in the secular requirements in it’s Constitution) in an effort to keep a good relationship with the United States, stay on good terms with both Israel and Jewish Lobbyists has recently made moves to strengthen it’s weakened alliance with Israel. The alliance benefited from a time when both militaries were of the utmost importance and Israel was updating Turkey’s tank and jet division. Now that military trade has fallen of, the once high of 20 military agreements keeping Israel and Turkey as strong allies has withered."
