"EU's bank launches energy fund for Balkans, Turkey

BRUSSELS, Dec 17 (Reuters) - The European Investment Bank and other lenders launched a new fund on Thursday to invest in energy efficiency projects in the western Balkans and Turkey.
Initially worth 95 million euros ($136.8 million), the fund is expect to grow to 400 million euros over the next four years, the European Union's financing arm said in a statement."
