"SAM: Turkish-Azerbaijani ties and situation in Turkey to start clarifying by next April
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The Centre for Strategic Surveys (SAM) under the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan expects clarification of links between Turkey, Azerbaijan and Armenia in spring of 2010.
Today SAM director Elkhan Nuriyev said that the Centre studied seriously relationships between Turkey and Armenia and was to submit soon an analytical report on the occasion."
