"Turkey to debate free speech reform: minister

ANKARA: A bill amending a much-criticised law that penalises “insulting Turkishness” is expected to be submitted to parliament this week, Turkish Justice Minister Mehmet Ali Sahin said yesterday.
“The work (on the draft) has been finalised. I believe the proposal could be submitted to parliament this week,” Sahin told reporters."
