"Talat : “We expect a new initiative from the UN Secretary General”
TRNC President Mehmet Ali Talat, in an interview given to Greek Cypriot daily Alithia stated that he was waiting a new initiative form the UN Secretary General to restart talks on Cyprus.
Responding to Greek Cypriot accusations of intransigency for the Turkish side, the President said the intransigent side was not the Turkish side but Papadopolous administration."
